    The Retail Bureau Inc. is consulting with Peterson Group on the 1.2 million-square-foot Mirvish Village mixed-use development in Toronto.

    TRB is leading the F&B and retail coordination across the entire site — from the heritage homes, featuring a mix of retail and restaurants, to the dedicated food hall, the residential street-front spaces, and the micro-retail shops that will bring character and vibrancy to the community.

    Working with such an incredible group of tenants, I’m excited to see this vision come to life and can’t wait to share more soon!

    Drawing on experience as the key account lead, this project was managed with end-to-end oversight — from strategic alignment through to delivery — ensuring the brand’s objectives were consistently reflected in every phase of execution.

    Leveraging deep experience in key account leadership, the project was stewarded from strategy through execution — aligning the strategic goals of both Client and Developer — to ensure a collaborative process where both brands were represented with integrity and intention at every stage of execution.

    This project opened on time as the anchor to the new wing at CF Rideau Centre. Many items that arose on site were managed through partnership and collaboration with Simons including Schedule C complexities and design challenges.

Each build informed the next, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strengthening trust between landlord and retailer.

    Many of these lessons were born out of that experience — but they also reflect insights gained across years of working with leading retailers and developers. It’s through this breadth of exposure that we’ve come to value the kind of trust that makes room for honesty — the ability to have the right conversations early, challenge thoughtfully, and move projects forward with clarity.
